Pink Wednesday: Flashy Zebra Print

Happy Pink Wednesday!! I hope you all are having a good day so far. I just realized it's only 10 am, wtf! I've already been awake almost four hours.. that is seriously insane. My two classes are over so I'm just chillin' in the library.. I don't have to work until 11 so I'm doing homework relaxing until then. Last night I decided to try getting creative with my nails, and I didn't do a completely horrible job!

with flash

The fact that these pictures are so dark shows you how early I was outside taking these pictures.. it wasn't even 6:45 am yet!

What I used:
1 coat OPI Chip Skip
1 coat OPI Nail Envy
2 coats China Glaze Flip Flop Fantasy
Nina Ultra Pro Black stamping with Konad m57 plate
1 coat Seche Vite Top Coat

Bottom Line:
This color is super bright.. a little obnoxious for my job at the doctor's office but I don't care all that much! ;-) This black stamps well but it looks a little lighter on the nail than a black should, in my opinion. Flip Flop Fantasy is a gorgeous pink, not as color accurate in the flash photo... but I always have horrible chipping with this polish & most China Glazes. It's ridiculous, because most people love their polishes, but I always struggle to keep my China Glaze manis to last. I already have tip wear and I've only had this manicure on for maybe 10 hours. What the eff. Oh well, that just gives me an excuse to re-paint tonight! Expect more Konad stamping because I am slowly becoming addicted. ;-)

  2. im sorry about your problem with china glaze! You could try their basecoat, or even ORLY bonder. When I wear those my China Glaze doesn't chip. Love the mani though!!

  8. I was not a fan of neons, until I got a bug in my butt over this CG shade and took a shot and ordered it. I adore it and picked up a pink CG from this same collection right after getting this one. Really loved it all summer and plan in the depths of winter to do my toes in Flip Flop just to pull them out and see if it has some positive effect on my every winter SAD problem that settles over me.
