OPI DS Mystery plus Nubar 2010

Today has been such a long day. I'm apologizing in advance if my posts become fewer and far between. With 17 credit hours, 2 jobs, babysitting AND tutoring, my life is about to get pretty crazy. I didn't blog yesterday because I was trying to let my salon manicure last. It chipped after a damn day, proof that I do just as good a job (if not better) than those ladies. PSH! I am in love with today's manicure. I did a good job with application and barely had to clean up anything around my nail beds, when I usually do.

These dark nails are reminiscent of the dark sky and rainy day.. yuck



I apologize for the unprofessional car shots- I had NO other time to take pics!!! Crazy day!

What I used:
1 coat Seche Clear base coat
2 coats OPI DS Mystery
1 coat Nubar 2010
1 coat Gelous
1 coat Seche Vite top coat

Bottom Line: 
I am in love with this mani. All of the girls at work were mesmerized by it. Whenever I wear flakies, I get at least one person who asks me "Is that shatter polish!?!?!?" Ahhh! I giggle to myself a little each time hahaha. Flakies are gorgeous, and I'm in love with the way they look over dark colors like this one. I just got OPI Light My Sapphire in some nail mail and I can't wait to try that one out. My best friend even asked what was with my newfound obsession with dark polishes.. I've never liked them, but lately I do! It must be the changing season, no? Ah well, this is a great look, and I suggest Nubar 2010 to anyone who doesn't already have it! :-)

    Great combination! Don't stress about blogging--it's supposed to be fun, so post when you can. I get the car photos--I've taken some myself now and again. :)

    Ditto your comment on everyone's collection needs Nubar 2010!!! Try sandwitching it with some of your brighter orange/red jelly/sorbets too.

    2010 was my first Nubar love. I've since acquired Reclaim and love it even more. I think I need to get it out this week!
