I finally decided to try out one of my CND Effects! I picked a random untried to put it over and wound up with a gorgeous, mermaid-like combination. Check it out!

1 coat of OPI Nail Envy
2 coats Love & Beauty Green
1 coat CND Effects Sapphire Sparkle
1 coat Poshe Top Coat
1 coat Poshe Top Coat
Bottom Line:
I have to get going to class...but I love this combination! It's so pretty. Love & Beauty polishes (from Forever 21) are actually great! I love the formula, and it dries pretty quickly. I'm just not crazy about the brushes, but they're workable.
I love the color in the sun! I do think the effects makes it even prettier!
