Zoya Edyta

Heeeello! It is definitely a Monday, it was so hard to wake up this morning!! But now I'm in a good mood (better than I should be for having woken up so early). My classes ended about 20 minutes ago, but I have to wait for my best friend to get out at noon to go home... my tire was all messed up so she brought me to school, and is subsequently bringing me home. We're playing tennis today!! Any day that I get on a court is a good one in my book. I have a tiny 5-930 shift tonight, but I'm not complaining.

The less work, the better...although I'm slowly becoming poor, lol! It's hard to save money with the Big E going on... not to mention this awesome sale Ulta has going on tomorrow (see more about that after the cut!). Regarding my tire, it turned out to just be the valve stem, which I didn't know existed until I just Googled it.. it only cost $5 to replace. Thank gosh. Now, on to this beauuuutiful polish!

Look how thin my nails look!! Boo!

I couldn't translate the olive green color on the nail in these pics, most likely because it was too dark out. You can definitely see it in the bottle here.

What I Used:

1 coat OPI Nail Envy

2 coats Zoya Edyta

1 coat Seche Vite Top Coat

Bottom Line:

I love everything about this color. It's undoubtedly my favorite Zoya ever. Edyta is a gunmetal grey with hints of olive green. Seriously a stunner, and unlike the other gunmetals in my collection. The amount of gunmetals I'm acquiring is unhealthy... I just think this color is so badass! The one thing I wish I did differently was to use a ridge filling base coat, and a coat of Gelous on top of Edyta. The polish was opaque in two coats, but so thin that you can see my ridges and my nails look so thin!

Regarding that Ulta sale... Ulta is having awesome sales for 21 days this month (most of which has already passed). None of them are as pertinent as tomorrow's sale! Tomorrow at Ulta in stores & online, Butter LONDON polishes will be buy one, get one free!! I personally wouldn't pay full price for these polishes but I'm DYING to try them, so I will definitely be re-arranging my day so I can hit up Ulta tomorrow. I also don't nearly have the extra money to spend, but how often will an awesome deal like this come around!? It's so worth it.
